Yes, PCP has an active Board of Directors, a Chair, Secretary, a Treasurer, bylaws, and all of that. We even have this new web site, but we are scrambling to get all the information in it so please regard this Board page as a work in progress. In other words, the webmaster doesn't quite have everyone's info in the right folder. Ooops for now, and more soon...
